The team I worked with was outstanding. They went above and beyond for me in every way they could. Every question answered with patience. For a vet with extreme anxiety and ptsd this was a process I may notbhave been able to complete with anyone else. All together the process took about 6 weeks from our first conversation. About the tax exemption for veterans, I strongly advocate for an improved support system to alleviate the burden on veterans. It's imperative to ensure that veterans are entirely relieved of this financial stress. At the county level, efforts should be made to register them as veterans with significantly reduced or disabled capacities. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their unwavering assistance since the inception of this project, which has now successfully reached fruition. Your support has been instrumental, and I cannot overstate how essential it has been in achieving this milestone in my life. Thank you immensely.

We would like to take the time to express how wonderful Steve and his team are! They were with us every step of the way. They were always upfront with us when there was a hurdle to jump but never did they come to us with an issue without options on taking a different approach. Purchasing a home can be a lengthy process and very stressful, thankfully we had Steve and his team in our corner which made this process almost seem effortless. If you aren’t working with Veterans United, you are missing out!!Even our realtor, who is not affiliated with Vererans United, said that Steve and his team have been the best lender he has ever worked with.
From the loan officer to the real estate agent the home buying process was very fast and easy. They definitely take care of us as veterans and keep us informed of the process throughout. We felt heard and understood. Using the app was extremely convenient as well; with uploading documents it took no more than a few seconds.
When me and my wife decided to attempt another home purchase, we thought it was really an impossible dream. Veterans United was my choice and from the first day of contact the team at V.U. stayed on point. We did hit a glitch and when we felt it would be the end of our hopes.
