I highly recommend Veterans United! Felt like they did most of the work and I was just along for a pleasant ride. If the Dept. of VA operated as efficiently as these guys, life would be much better for our veterans. Outstanding!

I was so blessed to have applied for a mortgage with Veterans United and have been privileged to work with such an outstanding team. Jonathan Lucas and every individual member of the team was always pleasant and cheerful even when they needed a lot of patience to guide me through things. My phone calls, texts and emails were answered or returned in a timely manner, usually very soon. I was given assistance other than with the actual mortgage such as with securing homeowners and even auto insurance and so much more. I feel bad for the people who can’t use Veterans United and even worse for the people who can but don’t. I was even given information about changing my drivers license and auto registration after I moved. I would say Veterans United is one in a million
except that they are way above that off the charts in their mortgage assistance and so much more, they truly care and they truly want to and do assist us in so many ways. Thank you, thank you, thank you Veterans United team!
10/10 and would recommend VU, especially Kristin, and the team I had to anyone, and when I use them again will use the same team.
They didn’t ask me about Michael, but he was a huge help and part of why I’d use and recommend VU again.
