Only thing I would recommend is not waiting until last minute to get final docs into the underwriter and the title agency. Other than that the process was great and we are enjoying our new home. Highly recommend.
The customer (in my experience) will only provide the documents requested and may not know that retirement accounts may also be considered by the under writers for leverage.Overall I am a satisfied customer and look fwd to our next endeavor.Special shout-out to Jared Zahn!
