When I started the process to by my home I was nervous! I was especially nervous about financing. Scott was the first person I talked too. First thing he said was you can do this! Everything on Veterans United's end was spectacular. Scott kept in constant contact with me. When he wasn't available his supervisor Mason stepped in. When things got rocky with my city's point of sale inspection they never abandoned me. Scott listened to me vent and always reminded me that it would work out. I would have done this a long time ago if I knew this team was there. My situation was different since I was coming from a lease to own, but they took that in stride and now we have our home. I can't say enough great about Scott and Mason and all the people I worked with at Veterans United.

Jason Todd and his team were fantastic. I enjoyed working with them so much, I am referring my parents over to him to find their new home.In addition to all of the above, Veterans United provided a loan concierge of sorts that would frequently check in on me to make sure everything was moving along smoothly. They even provided me with links to all my utilities and services at the new house that I could choose from.Awesome experience.
