This was my first home purchase and Veterans United made the process very simple. Between my awesome team and a great software to sign documents, it made the home buying process nearly stress free.
We have been exceptionally pleased with VU's knowledge of the financial marketplace, staffing and training of exceptional, qualified, and personable agents. Terrific organization with a great cast that consistently follows through. Highly recommend.

This is my 3rd VA Home Loan and for some reason, the underwriter was being extremely picky about my time/travel share details. Started the process with a higher than normal debt to income ratio due to an auto loan my ex wife was supposed to take over (and eventually did). Just seemed out of the norm as I had almost the exact same background during my last loan application process...I'm sure there were differences but this was not expected and seemed really intrusive.
The process was pretty easy otherwise. The online to-do list and document center was user-friendly and easy to navigate.
