My parents had bought their house in 2021 (If I remember correctly) and it took them roughly 6 months and loads of hoops to jump through and documents to sign. I thought it'd be the same, or a similar process with this house, and when the fact of a tight deadline came up, I thought it would have been terrible. But it went exceptionally more smoothly than I imagined and I am amazed we were able to close so quickly. I'm grateful to have had this team take care of everything and even send a custom doormat. A+ work, and will recommend to friends that need this, and if I ever need a VA loan done again, I'll be sure to come back.

We where annoying with the amount of times we called with questions but never once did they seem to be bothered even when we couldn’t reach them with in the hour they reached back making the overwhelming process less frustrating
