It was a great experience. We have purchased a few homes and this was by far the best experience. The additional assistance with getting insurance and utilities was amazing. Communication from Veterans United was very informative and the interface with Underwriting made it very easy to submit the required documents. Other than interest rates changes everything was great!
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score.
