Everything was going smoothly, like a well oiled machine. Then the sellers asked for an early closing. Luke and his team were extremely impressive with the way they accelerated the process to close 10 days early despite their busy schedule. None of us were thanked by the sellers, although the team handled extensively by my go to team member Kara Truitt, should have been.
This is the second home in which Luke Thurman and his team have made my home buying process as easy as can be. If I ever need another home loan you know who I'll be talking to.

I've been on the hunt for a house for quite a while, and my experience with Navy Federal left me feeling really let down. Their lack of direct communication with the Loan Officer and his non existing Supervisor, who always seemed to be too busy or unresponsive, was incredibly frustrating. And let me tell you, dealing with the first agent from Era Sellers was nothing short of a nightmare. I'm honestly amazed she is still working there.So, I decided to look for a new agent through Navy Federal, but the one they assigned to me, from the same company, never even bothered to call. That's when I stumbled upon Alma Barraza from Sandra Luna and Associates. She helped me set things up with First Bank, but there were surprise after surprise, and they asked for an extra $50,000 – a real shocker!Feeling a bit desperate, I gave it one last shot and reached out to Veterans United. What happened next was almost unbelievable. It took less than 35 seconds after I submitted my form, and Kait was on the phone assuring me that everything would be okay.
