Overall the process was great. The team got me a preapproval letter quickly allowing us to get an offer in quickly on our new home. Only issue was some confusion on closing costs initially, but that was remedied quickly. I would recommend providing customers suggestions on how to reduce closing costs early in the process.

Well out of all the teams ive been on, this one was the most help on issues i never knew existed. For me being a first time buyer, they grabbed the reigns and steered me in the right direction. You guys did all the work. I just got hand cramps from all the signatures. Lol
