Alex and Dalton were exemplary! I say 11/10 they were. Never once were they a cause of stress on me. There were times I had to recheck items, for we did it so fast and easy I forgot we had them completed.They were responsive, informative and kept up on everything. I had a loan done with Veterans United back in 2014. The service was fantastic then with Tina Cigala, this time was the next level of great service. Alex and Dalton had been perfect. Along with the App, it was such a smooth operation of service. Another thing is their passion for this, you can hear how passionate they are about their service. Their work shows that, for I rarely deal with people who go above and beyond for every item. They had doubled check everything. Thank you!
My whole team was/are amazing. Sam and Devin were on top of everything as was my real estate agent Lindsey. Thank y’all so much, your team and company made me another veteran homeowner after being homeless a couple times. My grandkids would thank you if they were old enough, this will be a place for them to come visit and make memories and pass down.

Nick was highly informational, quick-to-respond, and aggressive when it came to helping crunch the numbers and securing my loan. Sarah was a great liason between the underwriter and us and helped specify exactly what was needed to ensure we closed 2 weeks early! Brittany was very professional, considerate, and kind. She even ordered our son a customized rack for our son's sports medals!
