Working with David and his loan team was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the mortgage process to be stressful and complicated, but David and his team made it feel incredibly simple and straightforward every step of the way.What makes the experience even more impressive is the timeline. We began the process in March, and by May 29th, I was sitting at the closing table and officially becoming a homeowner. For something as significant as purchasing a home, that timeline was a dream come true. The efficiency, organization, and dedication displayed by David and his team throughout the process were truly remarkable.From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, organized, and highly responsive. Anytime I had questions or needed clarification, someone from the team was quick to respond and took the time to make sure I fully understood the process. No matter what stage we were in, I always felt informed and supported.The communication throughout the entire transaction was flawless. David and his team consistently stayed on top of everything, keeping the process moving smoothly and efficiently. Whenever documentation was needed or an update became available, they were proactive and made sure I knew exactly what was happening.As an over-the-road truck driver, my schedule can be challenging, but David and his team worked around those challenges and made the process as seamless as possible. They were always available when I needed them and were incredibly responsive whenever questions came up.What impressed me most was how easy they made the entire home-buying process feel. They removed much of the stress and uncertainty that often comes with securing a mortgage and helped me move confidently toward closing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service were evident every step of the way.I can honestly say that dealing with David and his loan team was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They helped turn what once felt like a distant goal into a reality. Becoming a homeowner on May 29th was a dream come true, and I am grateful for everything they did to help make it happen. Kelly Stephens was patient over the phone and explained what needed to be done when I did not want to upload my docs online to the Veterans United Home Loan site. She then contacted the attorney's office to request a hard copy of the signed closing docs to be sent to me through the US postal service - that were not provided to me at the day of the May 11, 2020 closing (and really should have been - as was done through my experience with other house closings in the past over my 23-yr, 7 mo. military active and civilian career, I had signed 2 copies at same time - one for me and for the other copy to stay for file of seller personnel)….It was a horrible closing experience through a "pandemic" - that was used by the builder attorney office as an excuse not to have any others attend the closing but office admin. and me, so a thank you here to Kelly! A hard copy was finally received at my new address on June 10.....

Nervous home buyers will call and text many times. Even if it's a short, "hey, I'm tied up right now, but I'll get back with you soon," message, just touch base. You guys do these a dozen times a day. We do a few in a lifetime.
