Travis, Lliam and Noemi all have been great in this whole process. Started with a phone call conversation in March of needing a mortgage company. Called VA Home Loan not wanting to use my benefits prematurely. Before I knew it I was already about to sign up for getting a house same day for how comfortable and easy they were making the process.
The team goes above and beyond and handle whatever you need which is great especially being new to the process. They were professional and patience with me which I appreciated and understanding. I would highly suggest to all of my friends for sure.
Buying a home is one of the most exciting experiences, but it can also be one of the most stressful. As veterans, it's incredibly important to have a team that not only understands the VA loan process but also supports you through the setbacks, challenges, and emotions that come with it.
I was fortunate to have that kind of support with Veterans United, especially Haley, along with Selina and Kimberly. Haley was phenomenal throughout the entire process. Whenever things became overwhelming, she remained calm, solution-focused, and always kept me informed. She took the time to explain every number, answer every question, and make sure I fully understood each step before moving forward.
What stood out most was how much she truly listened. Whether it was concerns about our budget, frustrations with other parties involved in the transaction, or simply the stress that comes with buying a home, Haley always made me feel heard and supported. She advocated for us, respected our financial boundaries, and never pressured us beyond what we were comfortable with.
The entire team was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Their communication was excellent, and they worked hard to keep things moving, even when unexpected obstacles came up.
If I ever decide to buy another home way, way down the road, I would absolutely choose Veterans United again—and I would hope to work with Haley, Selina, and Kimberly. I cannot thank them enough for helping us navigate this journey and making a difficult process feel manageable.

I was a little apprehensive about the entire house buying process before starting. Shortly after contacting VU I was relieved quite a bit. I couldn’t ask for a better team. They took care of everything!
Very bad experience and I will be filing a formal complaint with the VA and will be posting many 1 star reviews on multiple platforms! It was that bad!
I Like To Thank Mr.Joshua Kittle Veteran Home Loan Officer, Mr. Nathan Frater Frater Realtor, Ms.Rocio Acosta Escrow Officer [ OLD REPUBLIC TITLE COMPANY ], And Ms.Kathryn Lynn Beilby Home Owner. Veterans United Organization was very professional and I would recommend them to others. I know personally, my sister was instrumental in the process with my home buying experience and she had nice things to say about Veterans United herself as well. I am proud to be a Veteran I served for twenty four years. Taking care of soldiers is what I did and taking care of me is what Veterans United has done so far. Thank you all for your service and commitment.
2nd time using VU and same great service. Made buying and selling homes a breeze. Greatness communication and anytime I called the team was there for me.tha ks a million
What a tremendous experience. My team was truly exceptional. Thank you all so much
If you have doubts about using Veterans United, don't! If you're a new home buyer and new to this experience, they will guide you and help you through the process. This was my first time buying a house and I'm so glad I went with Veterans United. The process was so smooth. I always felt up to speed with what was going on with my loan process. My loan team was always on point and there to help. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll be using Veterans United and my loan team in the future if I need too!!! Thanks Veterans United!
Made an offer for the home in March leaving plenty of time before we closed in June. Communication throughout the whole process with VU team was terrible. Multiple things would come up on my To-Do list that I already did before without clarification on what exactly they were looking for. One week out from close, again terrible communication between them and me and them with the title company causing a week delay in closing and putting pressure of the sellers. I have talked with my agent and title company and none would recommend VU in the future.
Response from Veterans United
Hey Joseph,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that communication throughout your loan process left you feeling frustrated and unsupported.
I understand how discouraging it can be to see requests reappear on your to-do list without clear explanations, especially after you've already provided the information. It's also disappointing to hear that communication challenges and delays near closing created additional stress during the final stages of your home purchase.
Buying a home should be an exciting experience, and we want our borrowers to feel informed and supported every step of the way. I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and where you feel we fell short.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
