I just want to say that Molly and the team as a whole made what was supposed to be a daunting task of purchasing a home and using a VA home loan a cinch. I've been hearing horror stories for years about issues closing, negotiating, the mountains of paperwork, the VA home loan being an absolute nightmare to use, and I'm here to say that is the exact opposite of our experience with this team. Thank you so much.
I couldn't be any happier than I am. They made the process so easy, I barely had questions about it. Having an account on their site was simple and clear on what documents I needed. There was continuous communication via phone, texting and email and no issues of not reaching them. The only tough part was just finding that right one house especially for me!
Its worth repeating! Amazing Job! Your professionalism allowed us to walk through the process of buying a new home without stressing or hurrying to get things done.
