I ask a lot of questions and pry into every detail and they were able to answer every question I had, without all the fluff, and to the point. I also don't trust many people, but I trust these two. I'd rather be fed the truth than a bunch of BS and these two met my expectations. Veterans United as a loan company was able to get me a better interest rate than a few other places I checked. I would recommend Veterans United, and especially this team, to other veterans looking for a property.One piece of advice for Veterans United. Keep the covid attestation bullshit out of the process. This topic makes veterans sick and pissed off and it brought me right back to when people were telling me and my kids they hope we die because we wouldn't wear masks and get the vaccinations. It also reminded me of my work where they tried to force this all us employees with the threat of getting fired and all us employees stood our ground and said "let's see what the supreme court has to say about this" . Again, this is a VERY sore subject for most veterans as it was used to trample on the rights we bled for defending and trampled all over our US constitution.

The veterans united team was absolutely amazing. From Candy, Mark, and Megan making sure that my husband and I understood where we were in the home buying process to answering any questions we had. It was very challenging to be vulnerable during this process as a military member. At times, I felt as though the process was very intrusive however the team always explained why. They even sent my little doodle a care basket which she loved so much. I admired how patient each team member was with us and even during the most stressful times, they never waivered in their support for us. It meant the world to have such an amazing team be with us from start to finish.
