Exceptional coordination as far as the initial process of establishing my loan; however, my lack of understanding the closing process caused some issues. I strongly suggest that future customers are provided an overview of how closing cost are develop and how much is due ahead of the date of closing the loan. I strongly suggest that VU do a telephonic discussion (rundown) with their customers that covers the loan and closing cost atleast two weeks prior to the closing date.

The time and effort my team put during this process was amazing. My schedule is busy, but they were on top of everything and with a schedule like mine, I was very pleased on how they handled everything, communication was fantastic, everyone was easy to reach and accessible by call, text or email.
