The entire process was such an amazing experience! Michelle, Jessica and company were such a pleasure to work with.



I would recommend solely for the low interest rate . The ease of their “to do” checklist is fine but I had to do tasks generally more than once - once I figured that out I started asking for clarification before doing the task/ wondering what happened to my document or why my explanation wasn’t enough. Then they had to go back through not even realizing I had submitted anything in the first place - so that was aggravating.
Realtor- I used they’re recommendation before for a realtor but this time I cannot say they’re team was a good one. Numerous oversights and in the end they didn’t even show up to my closing- which I thought was rude but maybe they just didn’t want to see me in person due to all the issues and missteps we were having. Either way- poor people and management skills on the realtors part. I almost ended up working with the listing agent more due to trusting him more.

Software was easy to use, but it always comes down to the people....everyone that I dealt with was amazing and answered all of my questions quickly.

Early as possible should detail exactly what (all) documents are required and to what extent and should upfront inform the Veteran the exact participation requirements of the spouse. Informing the Veteran allows the Veteran to more timely produce required documentation, make decisions on whether or not to move forward with Veterans United, and ensure availability of the spouse.

I absolutely love how VU is always willing to answer any questions! Shane and Becca both were absolutely amazing!
