Initially I had a great loan officer, then he transfered me to a loan officer that didn't read her emails, didn't submit paperwork in a timely manner (10 days to submit is not timely), and often didn't answer the phone.
We were fortunate to have chosen Veterans United Home Loans to purchase our condo. From day one, the personal loan specialist was always available to answer any questions or help you in any way.
