I would recommend VU to anyone who wants a great experience. If it’s not VU then your missing out.
The one area that needs correction is your software vendor, Plaid Systems. I could not get their software to connect both of my financial institutions: Chase Bank and MSUFCU I suspect there could be other banks and credit unions that are also a problem. You might want to develop your own software if other vendors don't offer similar products. To her credit, Dena came up with a work-around to get the needed results.Thanks to the Veterans United Team...you got the job done.
Samantha Walker saved our deal, walked the realtor through making the right offer, and we got the perfect house. Having said that, cleared to close doesn’t mean you’re actually going to close. It means that you’re going to resubmit documents you submitted weeks ago and get new ones too as you scramble, sit in the title office for a few hours, and pray HARD it can happen today.
