Michael Jones and Jenny Foster were excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional, and provided total assistance throughout the loan process.


The whole team was great, but our main point of contact and most helpful was Lance. It became confusing being introduced to so many different personnel and we weren't sure who to talk to for what, so we usually just referred to Lance.Our only issue through the whole process was from very early on in the process, the main borrower and main point of contact was suppose to be Johnny, that was acknowledged on veteran United’s end, but Melanye was continuously contacted and that led to some things not being done in a timely manner and it was a bit annoying to see on the final paperwork that was never fixed.

Everyone I worked with was amazingly supportive, quick to respond, and understanding of my situation. They were all a pleasure to work with, and while I don't hope to buy another home for a few years, I will return to Veteran's United as soon as I need to.
