Closing costs were way too high. If I had known that I couldve used my va loan benefits with a different company I would have. Although our loan officer Zach was incredible it just isnt worth the high fees.

Hello Liam, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. We charge a 1% origination fee, the VA allows lenders to charge up to 1% of the loan amount to cover origination, processing and underwriting costs. If the lender is charging the 1% fee, they are not allowed to tack on additional charges for things the VA basically considers overhead. Discussing the details around your final closing figures is part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service. While we do not directly control the majority of these costs like taxes and insurance, we do appreciate your calling attention to this aspect and we value your feedback.
