I am unhappy with our title company. While we were closing the entire staff was coming off of vacation after Columbus day to include Mike Nagai only to tell us our closing was later in the day when we already had a scheduled appointment that never transpired. These are just a few issues I am disturbed about.

At 48 years old, This was my first experience buying a home. I have always been terrified of the whole process. Paul made this so easy, took the time to answer all my questions and was actually available whenever I needed and took great care of us!
