Jessica Messing my Loan officer made it very easy to purchase my home and was understanding of my financial situation and provided me guidance on what to do and not to do. MyVU is an awesome platform where you are aware of everything that is happening in the loan process and you are never kept in the dark. I would highly recommend if you are a Veteran/Active Duty or qualifying Reservist to use Veterans United!

I would highly recommend Veteran's United to other veterans. The process was relatively smooth, and they had a readily available team of professionals (insurance, realtors etc) lined up to choose from in case you needed help. Jon was my loan officer. He was consistent, competent and friendly. The only thing that didn't go as smooth was that I needed to have additional flood insurance policy and somehow I didn't have my flood insurance after closing. So, someone dropped the ball on that because how could I clear for close without the proper insurance, but it eventually got settled after the fact. Overall, I would work with them again in the future.
