I have to say going into this whole thing I thought to myself no way this isn't going to happen. Buying your first home is always overwhelming. But Chris made it so so much easier he was there around the clock to give me the communication and the assurance that I needed. Chris is second to none by far the best at what he does. Words can't put it simply I'm so so grateful I was matched with a loan officer like Chriss and an outstanding team like the one I was giving. Jennifer as well she was amazing her communication perfect her timely responses amazing. Thanks again to you and your team. You made it happen!

The lending team was unprofessional, did not return messages nor phone calls, and did not communicate with me really at all. They passive aggressively argued with the title company while myself and realtor were cc'd. My realtor also tried to reach out on my behalf when they weren't responding to me and he was not able to reach them either. The rest of the members that I worked with at Veterans United were great.
