Our only issue came in the form of Mr. Pierson. Other than his form of unprofessional degradation, we had a smooth transition into our new home!

As a Veteran we here the horror stories of Vets not being taken care of. United Veterans is not apart of those stories. My wife and I was instructed on how to cut our debt and payoff creditors to position ourselves for buying a home. This assistance helped us to see the things needed to have a healthy balance lifestyle.
The only issue I had was it was assumed I had BAH, which needed up not being a big deal for me because I already planned on possibly co-signing but for someone else it could be a problem

The overall process/experience was stressful, just about anything and everything that could go wrong went wrong however, they were right there to explain everything to me and guide me through the process. I learned quite a bit. Everyone on the team at Veterans United was outstanding. Just a little advice to anyone out there especially first time homebuyers using a VA loan, do your research before jumping in. Learn everything you can about VA loans, closing costs out of pocket, make sure that you do your research and shop around for an inspector and a title company. Do your due diligence and read the reviews. also, make sure that if you want the process to be a little easier, have any debt, charge offs, collections, etc. paid off before going under contract. Other than that, Veterans United gets a huge thumbs up from me. I love my new home. 👍🏻😊
