My home buying team were outstanding. This was our first purchase and it was smooth and fast. Everyone was eager to help and stayed in touch but not to the point where it was aggravating but welcoming. They are warm and friendly and you can never text or call them too much. I loved their energy from start to finish.
Dene’ was my favorite person of all. She championed the details of her work and seemed to really care about getting things done for us. It was a pleasure working for all the team at Veterans United!

Shawn and his team where exceptional. The communication was always there with no delays. They made this whole process seamless.
Eric Hermann did a great job, Levi Price did a great job. When our process got to Underwriting they could much more efficient on the vets side by providing a complete list of ALL documents they requires and do this in the very being of the process. It would be easier and less stressful. Getting a request every 2-3 days for yet another document will put some people over the top. Some of these documents were already provided. Maybe in a different format but with the exact same information on them. I rte the Underwriting department a 3. Some vets don't have the capibility of getting some of the information. I feel bad for them if they are trying to get thru this process.
We had the best team that got us in the house we wanted. Actually pretty quick too. A special thank you to everyone of you.
Be sure to check out your house before you actually sign papers with anyone read the small lines and the big lines look inside walls and outside walls and inside the home house with a stethoscope lens to be sure that you're able to afford the repairs and or the possibilities to acquire the home be extremely sure to check the roof and any Heating and gas issues and Air issues

My granddaughter came, and starting living with me right before Christmas of 2022. We were living in a one bedroom apartment, I gave her my bedroom and I was sleeping in the living room.
