My loan officer, Emily and her assistant, Samantha worked tirelessly to answer all my questions and concerns and always kept me in the loop of my loan progression. Closing was a breeze as well because they had me sign a majority of the documents ahead of time.

It was a horrible experience. I felt like everything was left to the last minute. Our loan was delayed by 12 days, I feel this was all on VU. I called the VA the day prior to our closing and they never even received the package to review. It was a very stressful experience. Our family was moving across country, and I felt like VU could care less. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had. I should also add, they added a customer care person to our loan because of the issues, but all she wanted to do was act as another loan coordinator. I asked her to figure out what happened to our loan and conduct training so it doesn’t happen again. Never heard from her again. I would not recommend VU to a friend. I hope to IRRRL out of VU as fast as possible.
