From start to even after I finish closing this team was always there. I think the longest response time for a question I had was a few hours. Mrs.Lisa did a fantastic job showing me the home and answering all questions that I as a first time home buyer had. I can’t say enough how nervous I was every step of the way but you guys cleared up any confusion and even answer the same questions in different ways. Me being a teacher I saw how the student/teacher interaction is me being the student and asking every question and how you guys were beg super professional and informative with every answer provide. Don't be as pushy trying to sell alarm systems
I would without reservation recommend Veterans United. They made what could be a very daunting process easy. Their online document uploads and "To Do" list was a very easy and smooth way of transferring the required items. That's saying something, because I'm a Boomer and technological change isn't necessarily my thing but their system worked like a charm. Turning essentially what would normally take days of snail mail, faxes and trips in the car to complete into mere minutes and even seconds! There were a few hiccups on my end as far as needed documents that I couldn't initially find but in the end it all came together. I'd especially like to thank Amanda Leger for her knowledge and professionalism and peeling me off the ceiling during the underwriting process when I couldn't find those aforementioned documents at first. I'd also like to thank Adam Canote who I know was directing everything from behind the scenes and Jamie MacInnes who initially answered some preliminary questions about the loan process. I almost wish I had another house to buy...the service was that good!
