Our team was awesome! They kept us updated and informed. If we had any questions, then everyone was quick to give us an answer or find the answer if they didn’t know. I was impressed to find out all the ways that Veterans United assists homebuyers. Veterans United called and inquired if we needed help finding homeowners insurance, let us in on deals for moving trucks, provided a checklist to ensure our mail was switched over/utilities turned on/transferred, and information on Internet service providers as needed. It was also nice having the Veterans United app and all our documents at our fingertips to review and read.
I had a pleasant experience overall. The app paired with the excellent customer service has been the best I have encountered when it comes to buying a new home.

Underwriting requests seemed a bit ridiculous at the end. But we appreciate that they held the account open and didn’t just tell us to reschedule closing
