Information was giving to us without a heads up or prior to us. Needing certain things, and when we did receive it, it was always at closing time for them and businesses.

I have read horror stories about Veterens United but that was not at all our experience. Anytime we had questions they were quickly answered and my worries were calmed when I was worried we weren’t going to get the loan because our personal bank was making things difficult.
