It turns out that all the things others complained about where an issue in my case, and even though my situation was complicated from my being overseas during the procewss, they all did everything in their power to acoomidate me. If you ask the right questions VU will help you with whatever it is you are needing. Assuming it's with in the scope of their abilties to do so.
