First, the organizations team assigned to me was very customer-orientated, basically they made my initial interaction extremely comfortable. As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with what to expect throughout the process. This team communicated well with me as to what to expect, what they needed, and what I could do to help the process along. I am grateful for their assistance and their expertise. They were very quick to answer any questions I had and were understanding when I didn't know something. They made the home buying experience as easy as it could have possibly been.

it would have helped if there was some type of video to view of the entire process going forward once an offer is accepted on a property and the process begins with going into your page and reviewing documents etc. it was about a 3 week delay for me b/c did not appreciate how important reviewing and knocking off the check list was.
