Overall experience was amazing! started last year with the team and my loan specialist kept up to date when it came to the loan itself which was totally awesome. I'd like to double down on my comments regarding Veteran homebuyers who are currently serving overseas to have expectation management when it comes to responses and results. It's understandable if you were in the same time zone as your loan team or real estate agent then it would be easier to communicate with them for feasibility otherwise you'd be waiting well over 24 hours for quick responses. This only heightens the already induced stressfulness of purchasing a house. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have a team who was relatively responsive and slightly more engaging than what I've heard from other lenders/real estate agents.
