Being someone who likes to be updated on the whole process she was so understanding and took the time even when she wasn’t in the office to call me and walk me through certain things. Or even jsut to calm my nerves. Johnna and Deena know that this is a stressful process and they did everything to make it feel less stressful. But also just let me know that they understood and they didn’t make me feel like I was a nuisance. By far. Hands down the most amazing team I could ever ask for.
