He responded to my email and text message very often within minutes of me transmitting questions. We had conversations after hours and on weekends. I had the most awesome team for our first time home buying experience. Brittany Kendall, Kara Lee, and Alea Schuyler. My husband was mostly out of the area while they helped me navigate the waters of all that needed to be done. They even kept me giggling as we traveled across multiple states to our new home in San Antonio. I felt very at ease and comfortable from the start of the home loan process and even after. I am 42 years old and this is my third home that I've purchased. I distinctly remember back on 2004 when I bought my first home I was active duty military and sought a VA loan for my initial purchase. I remember the experience with the bank offering the loan at the time was overwhelming and seemed as if I had to jump through a massive amount of hoops so I went with a conventional loan. That VA loan experience 18 years ago had such an impact that With this current home purchase I almost didn't want to deal with another VA loan.
