VU is an amazing organization for Veterans! My greatest.momwnt was when I was sick with COVID, the team intentionally sent me a very thoughtful and caring get well package! It made my day and I felt like more than a client but cared for. Very pleased!

Sarah and jaclyn were both very helpful as well. Jaclyn was able to handle some things behind the scene without further asks from myself when a company messed up paperwork that was needed for approval. Example was the process with the termite and wood destroying insect report, Terminix never sent an invoice for the work performed and improperly filled out the wood destroying index form. She was able to track down the parties responsible for both at Terminix and rectify the situation.
