Their incompetence set me back over a month in what is already an extremely stressful situation.Rather than give them another opportunity to let me down, I turned to Veterans United; a company I had previous positive experience with.Ultimately, my loan officer (Jeffrey Ferguson) secured a lower interest rate than the previous lender and we closed in a matter of weeks. I never had to wait for information and my team was always available to me.I could not be more impressed with my refi experience with Veterans United.
