Working with Daren Bodine's team was effortless. Contacting someone directly was easy being able to use text, email and/or phone messages. Response time was quick. The entire team, especially Daren, took as much time as was needed to explain the process and answer any questions. They always made me feel comfortable and reassured.
I had a VA loan in 2008 and did'nt have to do half the stuff I had to do for this loan. I mentioned this to my realitor (Shelly Keller) and she sat me down and explained the changes over the years and why. This helped me understand the process. If you have anymore clients in Colorado you should use her she is a great realtor.

I do not know if there was a disconnect between VU and the underwriters and the VA or what, but my experience was horrible. Also when I closed they added $10,000 more than I asked/wanted?????
