They were always available if I had any questions, which were not that many because they always made sure i was up to date. They paired me with a realtor that looked out for me as well. My parents couldn’t never afford to own a house and here I am in my living room. My living room! Growing up in apartments and moving every few year and now I have a house. Stable house that I own. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and polite, and the whole experience went smoother than butter. I was skeptical about the company at first because they asked for some personal information in order to receive a quote, so I naturally gave some bogus answers just to fill in the required slots. Our loan officer called us, and between him and his team, our minds were put at ease. We went from living on a pretend street called "Nunya Business" to closing on our first home. When my husband's orders were put on hold due to SARS-CoV-2, the company was with us every step of the way to make sure we were doing okay. They knew between the limbo with PCS orders and me still working as a nurse, our family was under a bit of stress (as are most others around the world). They sent our family board games to keep us entertained and connected while we were at home as the world went crazy around us. The entire experience has been great, and the team was with us every single step of the way. Veteran's United even supported our decision to get quotes from other lenders as well. After feeling like "just a number" with NFCU, we stuck with Veteran's United because it felt like we were being taken care of like family. If you're on the fence, don't be. Veteran's United is amazing, and we don't regret our decision even for a second!

The whole team has been nothing short of amazing and spectacular to say the least and I started this journey with casey and a credit advisor and a low credit score that was very weak and please forgive me for not remembering soni in most of this because if casey didn’t refer me to him I would not be a home owner today they stuck with me and guided me in this direction and had just as much faith and loyalty in me as I have in them and boy am I greatful. It a little funny when I say Casey walks on water and I thank god he’s not a quiter. Thank each and everyone of the team at united.

Aaron, Joshua, and Alison were amazing. This was our first home so we were stressed to the max every day during this process. Aaron addressed every one of our fears in such calm, relaxed manner that it helped ease our fears. I cannot tell you how great that is when you’re buying for the first time. Joshua was very personable and made it very easy to navigate the tasks of setting things up for our move. I didn’t speak with Alison too much, but the times I did, she was able to answer any question we had with the financials. Overall this team is the best. Give these people a raise. I hope they are around if we purchase another house. Absolutely recommend these folks.
