Communication at the end was a mess. Nothing to do with Aaron or Mike. They were both great. Title and who came out for the closing seemed to not know anything.
Alex and the rest of the team were awesome from beginning (2021 when I worked with Scott to get my credit fixed ) to Alex and Beth helping me through to the end ! They accommodated my schedule and they made the process so smooth. I would recommend this company and these people to any and everyone .!! A+

The only suggestion........Veterans United should test the knowledge of the Realtor for VA criteria for move in ready houses. From the first phone call to the final closing phone call it was a great experience. No call was unanswered or unreturned. The level of professionalism was outstanding. Each team member was informative and friendly. I was initially told how the process would work and that I would have contact information for everyone involved in case we had questions. I am hesitant on companies that “strictly help vets” because I’ve felted taken advantage of before. At no point in Time did I feel falsely lead or pressured to buy when I wasn’t ready. They gave me a call after I said I need 2-3 months to adjust to a new job/schedule before we even talked about formality’s.
