Good communication on follow-up
The communication between team members was poor. I would relay lots of information to someone and they said they would let the team know but then I would talk to someone else and no one else would know. And we would have to repeat everything. That happened several times.
Working with Greg and Britney is a low stress process. Everything was on time and moved along perfectly. I would recommend strongly.

Mr. Jon Ouk , If Mr. Steifferman was the conductor , I would say Mr. Ouk was the engine.
Mr.Ouk made sure that we stayed on track, the same page , again if you felt overwhelmed or not quite sure about something Mr. Ouk would let you know to reach out because we all had a common goal as a team. Ken was the Best! He was very personable and always available! He never made me feel like I was bothersome with all my questions. He went above and beyond to explain in detail any issue I brought to him. He made the process so smooth even when we ran into issues (not due to him) and fought to keep things moving in my favor! Above all he LISTENED! And to prove he listened he sent the most appropriate house warming gift that was exactly our family, not just a run of the mill item!
