VA Home Loan Made Easy!
If you are looking to get a VA loan for your next (or first!) home, I cannot recommend Veteran's United enough. I read through many reviews online in several different places, and decided to give it a go--and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. I have used other lenders in the past, but no one has provided me the level of service I received here. And thanks to the dedication and hard work of my loan team, my family and I now live in our #1 preferred location in the US in a great neighborhood with great schools for our kids.My loan officer (Ty) and loan coordinator (Madison) were absolutely superb. I genuinely don't know the last time I received this level of customer service--especially when paired with their level of professionalism and knowledge. They handled everything with care and attention to detail, all in an extremely timely manner. Because of their commitment, I was also able to move my closing date up a week, which was incredibly helpful. I cannot compliment them enough, and you will not find a better group of people to help secure you a mortgage!Thanks to my loan team, this was an all-around, knock-it-out-of-the-park home run by Veteran's United. Every question was answered, every task executed quickly, and no hidden surprises, fees, or other silly mortgage tactics. Everything was up front, ethical, professional, and thorough. Again, I cannot recommend Veteran's United enough. Because of Ty and Madison, I am a customer for life and would recommend VU to anyone--stop waiting and apply today!

NFCU was not easy to work with, so I switched to VUHL because they have better customer service.
It is unacceptable that a veterans united representative that wasn't part of the loan process has more information about my loan and whereabouts of my money than my own loan officers!! I respect the rep that assisted me in figuring out my issue but I will never work with Matt and Nikki again and I will be VERY hesitant in working with veterans united again!
