Veterans United was really great to work with. My real estate agent Candy Ferrer is an absolute gem. My loan officer Benjamin Pritchard might be the best guy working for you, so I'll reiterate- give this man a raise, a bonus, and a promotion.Everything went well and I got a beautiful home. I'm really happy about how everything went.My minor critical feedback: I'm not sure what my "Home Buying Concierge" was even supposed to do for me? Pretty much just told me I should setup my utilities and plan my moving truck... It was some extra phone calls that I did not need and to be honest since I work for a big tech company, listen Veterans United, replace these folks with ChatGPT and automated email and call it good to go. Same goes for the woman from Veterans United who reached out with bad homeowners insurance information... Just create an automated insurance information email with how to get an independent agent and boom there you go.
