I must admit I was a bit concerned when we started the VA loan home buying process. We had heard from several realtors purchasing a home via a VA loan was going to be a long drawn-out process and many sellers would accept a VA loan as a last resort.Veterans United has totally changed our realtor's opinion. As a matter of fact, he intends to recommend Veterans United to any of his clients who want to use a VA loan to purchase a house.From start to finish, the entire process took less than 30 days.Very impressive
Overall everything was easy to understand and straightforward to complete. I did however have one issue with the utility checklist item. The auto populated “power” provider was not the correct one for my area. Other than that one minor item everything was about as user friendly as you can get.

Overall my experience working with Veterans United was fantastic, with the exception of having my home buying gift addressed to the wrong people, and I would absolutely go through this again with VU. I have no regrets in regard to having gone through this process, and I am very appreciative of all the hard work put in by everyone at Veterans United.

Aaron was fantastic. I have purchased a home before. I have also refinanced a home before. Neither of these experiences even came close to how this home purchase went thanks to Aaron's work ethic and passionate drive to ensure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond the standard service of his position in order to not only ease the headaches that can be associated with this tedious process but to accommodate special needs and circumstances that made my purchase complicated. I appreciate his personal desire to ensure my needs were met and that my family was not only taken care of but happy with the timeline and details of the process. I would/will absolutely use Aaron and Veterans United again in the future.
I highly recommend Veterans United. My Loan Officer was so helpful. He was quick to respond and answer all my questions. The entire process was quick yet everyone I worked with took the time to help me understand everything step. No stress at all. Me and my son now get to enjoy our new home!

I would say VU did not offer the best rates available. I simply went with them beicase they seemed easier to deal with and everything was a one stop shop with the VU app
