They were so helpful I am definetly thankful that they are around as other places would not entertain the idea of helping get the loan I needed to own a home.

I did not know spending that much money would be so easy
We would not have been able to close on a home in 3 weeks if it wasn't for all the hard work our team put in at Veterans United, especially Corey Redmond, who walked us through the process the entire way!
We had so many obstacles in this loan.1st credit was not there yet. They worked hard with me to get there. 2nd we had a loan over $100,000..They worked diligently with us n got it resolved. 3rdly we had so many other obstacles as $30,000 in repairs to past inspections and then issue in probate.
I can go on and on. Bottom line Adrienne and Phillip worked extra hours weekends and nights to get all this resolved. They made sure we were not doing this alone they were and is my village...
If you want a home these guys will make in happen.
They could have told me to get all this resolved and then come and apply for home loan NO they helped us all the way
Veterans United was so much better than the few other institutions that were competing for my business. Between the lowest rate at the best cost, the most professional team that didn't seem desperate to make a sale, and the ability to close in a reasonable time. I was able to close in about 30 days when everyone else was much further out. We did have to extend once due to a miscommunication but that is to be expected at some point in the process.
The portal thing was hard with the meds I'm on and every one I spoke to, emailed with ,and texted were informing and polite even when I wasn't.( no pictures on the below statement )
