I want to thank each and everyone that had a hand in making this process go so smooth, it took some time between the owner not getting back to us for over a week after we made an offer, too getting the final amount due at closing. Our oldest son summed it up the best, he said that he was happy that we were able to buy the house because any place else just wouldn't feel like home.

We did experience an issue with some paperwork that was requested but not required in our jurisdiction. I better understanding by loan coordinators and home owners would be great.
I was scared to move at 70 years old. I was living in the in a home that was not doing my health any favors, it actually depressed me to wake up each day hopeless of ever enjoying social life again.
