Veterans United is a great company they really care about their customers. My family and I felt comfortable every step out of the way. They were straight forward and honest with what they expected from me to get me to the finish line. Also they were straightforward and honest about what I could expect from them. I felt like family with Veterans United I would recommend them to anyone they made my dreams come true definitely a10 out of 10 I’ll be a Veterans United customer for life.
Both my loan officer and real estate agent made my process smooth to purchase my home. Neither need any work of improvement because both are perfect at their jobs. Very patient the both and very quick with getting or giving responses through email.

Underwriters and loan coordinator (Amber Job) were sometimes slow to respond and unclear on what was actually needed. Overall though a very good experience!
There were way too many hands in this when we started the process - it was very overwhelming and off-putting. The team worked with us as best as they could, but I would recommend any person go through a local bank instead of Veterans United. I did appreciate the app checklist, but it would have been better if my partner could access it without my social security number.
