Overall, the team that helped us buy our first house was hands down amazing. Of course there were times when it seemed impossible but they always reassured us that we would be good as long as we followed up with everything we had to do! And here we are in our new house! Awesome feeling and relieved once we closed!

The process to buying a home is definitely a wild roller coaster. It had its up and its downs but with such an amazing team that worked close at hand with my realtor, not only did they get my family into our new home, but they helped me look for the cheapest and easiest route! This was an amazing journey and glad I stuck with Veterans United!
Veterans United provided the best service hands down. Purchasing a home can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but they made it simple and straightforward while the personal home loan team took all the stress out of the buying process.
The people involved in this process kept the sale alive when policies, procedures and bureaucracy would have ended it. Some of the things weren't entirely clear, such as the home insurance process, and this led to the confusion and stress of the emotional rollercoaster that the process became. Overall, I was walked through the process in a way that was super helpful to a first time home buyer.

I definitely felt very welcomed by Tyler and he eased my mind from the beginning. The start if the process was crazybat first because I had at least 4 phone calls from start and he made it manageable. Had a kind voice, very knowledgeable and made me feel very taken care of. Plus easy to speak with. Sara also helped to stay on top of all things that needed to he done. It is great to have all the knowledge from Liz as well. Even to seeing how my cats were doing.

Was by far the easiest thing to buy our home with Veterans United with my VA Loan. They are incredibly efficient and made the entire process so easy. They're great communicators and are the web portal was so easy to use and all of my loan packet was easily accessible. 5/5 stars. They really take care of us veterans!!
With this mortgage being my first time buying a home and all the other hassles other mortgage companies gave me and turned me down for mortgages when there was no reasons in my being preapproved! Veterans United saw that I was fully qualified to being approved for a mortgage! If any bank is holding anyone’s large sum of money in corporate bank that refuses to do business with you! Find someone help to do business with especially when purchasing a home! Go with Veterans United, they really care about Veterans!

I loved my experience with Veterans United overall. Great team and great ambitions for they're clients. However the only thing I'd say is that there were a few last minute things that made it more stressful. Perhaps that could use some working on. Other than that, I'd totally use them again!
