Overall Veterans United made the entire process easy. The “To-Do” list helped keep things on track; what a great tool.
Your underwriter for my loan sucks. I did not enjoy working with them. I had an allotment going to my GF in case I died while deployed. I explained that. He wanted to which I felt was calling me a liar. I showed proof and he held me hostage and made me stop my allotment. That’s insane. He said I could start it back up after I got approved. Where is that integrity? He sucks!!!!! I can’t say that enough. Look into your policy.

Confused process, not clear explanations, long time to clear to close, always asking for more documents, extremely high interest. Will definitely refinance in the future with another bank.
