The underwriters were ridiculous. I had to have multiple conference calls with Experian for loans that were closed and paid off, checking on payments already made, etc.

Overall great service. Didn’t use the concierge but I do recall she was responsive when we reached out to her. Had to re-accomplish some items we thought were comlpleted…specifically uploading pay stubs. Seems like that was overkill but, I imagine it was necessary so it’s cool. Overall…great job and I chose y’all over USAA. Neve done that before with anything when it comes to services I can get from USAA.
