Veterans United Home Loans was great in helping me through the lending process and made it as easy as possible. I was disappointed with the highest interest rate of 6.5% that I’ve ever received in a home loan do to the unfortunate the current 2023 politics and the US Government initiating an economic concept called Quantitative Easing which is adding more money into the existing money supply. With the end of the US Quantitative Easing, combined with a host of other factors such as an increase in the federal funds rate (the rate that banks borrow money at), is causing mortgage interest rates to rise.
From credit building to closing, everyone at veterans united was super informative and great at communicating every step of the way. Definitely recommend!

he was phenomenal the entire time he would reach out to me once a week, and if I have any questions, he wouldn’t hesitate to answer all around a great guy. I would recommend them to anybody in my military unit has recently deployed with me. He made the whole process as simple as it could be, everyone’s says buying a house is stressful, but with his help from him and his team, I didn’t stress once. I would like to point out an employee. Mallory Painter. She was amazing. She was my main contact and talked to her the most. She went way above. She talked about my cat even, and got me treats sent and toys for her. She got back to me very fast on everything. She should get a promotion and a raise. The amount of effort puts in is not even close to I've seen before.
