The loan process was very smooth. The very fact that so much paper work was completed and signed prior to meeting with the Real estate Agent and the Title Agent and Sellers was great. The Title Service Agent even remarked that with all that had been done prior to the final signing we would be done much faster then if it had not. The stack of papers she had was about 1/5th of what it would have been.
