When I first thought about purchasing house, I was terrified. One reason being I did not know what I was getting into and second being it was a first-time process. However, after I submitted my application, the intial contact I had with Veterans United was with Ms. Jamie Roof. Her upbeat personality soothe my initial fears. She also told me where I needed to be for my credit and created a plan that was reasonable for me to obtain within a matter of 2 weeks. My second contact was with Ms. Hanna Schwartz. I think I could write a book on the positive outcome and effect she provided to me, but I'll refrain and state that ALL VU employees should emulate Hanna's work style and ethic. She is like a breath of fresh air and her persona is one out of this world. I truly believe that Hanna went above and beyond when it came to home buying process. If I had to doit all over again, I would with Hanna by myside. A process that I assumed would take over 30 days to complete was done within 25 days (once offer was accepted) for a First Time Home Buyer with a New Build. So, when anyone ask me how my overall process went, I will respond with a blessing from God, because it was truly that.

Everyone was amazing to work with I would recommend this team 100% one little hiccup happened but lance as the great loan officer he is made our experience so much better . The whole team deserves a raise!
