In my opinion, Darren, Boudin and Melissa Steingrubey were outstanding . Any time I had questions they responded quickly and effectively . During the process of my loan, Darren suffered a personal loss with the death of his grandfather.Even under those circumstances he remained very helpful and positive . I was always told underwriting was a stressful tedious process, I just want to say that Brittany Christian and her team were very professional and were able to clear me to close with zero issues.
The whole process was very easy and quick. Mick and Jessica were always communicating with us as to what was needed and when. Both were very responsive to questions. Made what could have been a complicated process seem easy.
