I tried 2 other lenders and they either couldn't help or give me enough lending. I don't know what strings my loan team pulled but Veterans United came through. They followed up with my questions and even got on my butt if I didn't sign a form or if I didn't upload anything. Loved the team and company. 10/10

Marty & his team made the loan process for buying our new home a smooth process that was easy to understand. It can be an overwhelming process so having someone who can quickly respond to questions is invaluable. Being able to do everything over our mobile device was extremely convenient. A lot of times not doing things face-to-face takes away from the ‘old-fashioned’ feel of doing business with other locals. However, we did not feel this way working with VU due to the personable team who was always available to answer any questions we had! In a world where customer service is extremely lacking, this team was top notch in that category.
