Was told the day of I wasn’t closing. Constant miscommunication on closing. Last minute “to do” that through off the closing. Several times I’ve called and no one answered, then called for the manager and found out the person was there. Amazing at the beginning, but fell off completely once we got closer to closing. We were expected to have things done, as we did in a timely/quick manner, but constantly felt like we were expected to take days off to accommodate the loan to do list. Great rates though.
