As an almost 9.5yr vet from 2005-2014, I've had 3 deployments and when I found this house for sale, I knew it was a great deal, but my anxiety was just through the roof. Billy and the whole rest of the team as well, are just amazing!!!! They are so helpful and broke everything down, it was actually so much easier than I ever expected!!! These guys ROCK!!!!!!
Extremely accommodating. I needed a certain closing date and this team made sure everything was taken care. They communicated to me what was needed and were always friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend for any veterans who want to buy a home.

We are very grateful for Trish Cole! She came in at time where everyone else we had tried had failed us. Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. I love the fact that you have a secure portal to place all of your documents in versus putting it in an email. This is what sets Veterans United apart from the rest. Helpful and patience with me
Seth made the entire VA home loan process straightforward and stress-free. He stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and didn’t waste time with unnecessary back-and-forth. Anytime I had questions, he broke things down in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he knows the VA process inside and out and genuinely cares about getting it done right.

I would not recommend using Veterans United because throughout the home buying process it was hard to get ahold of my team. On most occassions i would call and leave a message and wouldnt hear back for days, if at all.
Besides the communication difficulty i thought Wes Dyer and Dylan were great. They are polite and very helpful. I wasnt a fan of Brandon, He was kinda rude, made a number of mistakes, and from my persepective, just didnt seem to care about me.
Brian was great ! Definitely looked out for my best interests! His support staff also very pleasant to work with ✅
Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. I don’t have any other company to compare them to, but we had such a great experience that I’m sure if we ever buy another home, Veteran’s United will have our business again!
