Our experience was not what we had hoped for. Our loan officer was great though and did what he could to keep us in the loop and explain why it took so much longer than it should have. Disappointed in the process but glad its done.

Stephen and his team were very helpful throughout the home purchasing process. I can't say enough good things about Joe Narron, I would say that the majority of my interactions was through Joe. We had quite a difficult time obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA but Joe was there helping every step of the way.
