Nichole and team were great to work with. The only issue that came up was accurate timelines and sometimes would not be able to get ahold of Nichole or Gregg. I would still recommend to my fellow Veterans!

They always got back to me with very little delay about any questions or concerns I may have had. From application to closing took approximately 35 days. Overall, I was very happy with this company.

I can't say enough good things about Joe Narron, I would say that the majority of my interactions was through Joe. We had quite a difficult time obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility from the VA but Joe was there helping every step of the way.
For my first time home buying experience my entire team was fantastic! Communication was amazing with a text, call or email every step of the way plus occasional check ins.
From the start, they as a team made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I read many reviews. I was terrified of the process as a result. Veterans United put my fears to rest. They made me feel like they were actually on my side. Kudos to their professionalism and top notch customer service.
Great experience from start to finish.
Very stressful and problematic through the process. Delays caused problems and lack of communication through most of the process caused me not to know what was going on or what the problems were. The delay meant that I didn't have assistance to move as I would have if the closing went as planned. Another delay on the day of closing when the loan was not funded when we went to close. Several emails to sign paperwork at the last minute when I was supposed to be doing a final walk through of the house even though this could have been sent to me hours before, but just another last minute delay.
Even though I’m not good with computers Alex and his team were more then helpful walking us through each step and always available to make sure we stayed on track
I recommend this company to anyone looking for a VA home loan. Everyone that was on my team was absolutely wonderful. The resources they have on their page on top of their knowledgeable staff make sure that you aren't lost in any step of the home buying process.
