Although stressful at times, the veterans united and the whole team from beginning to end took control of every situation by knowing exactly what to do. They were so great and we will miss them all .

They denied us immediately (even though we have been with them for 9 years and never missed a payment) and they didn't even come back with a counter offer. We liked having the ability to provide our required documents electronically. As well as knowing exactly what was needed/remained to do/sign/gather etc. was straight forward.We’ve done this loan thing a few times and this was by far our best experience. Wish we would have known about Veterans United sooner.

Be prepared for a lot of steps... and remember to be patient. A lot of things about the process may not make sense, but once you reach the end you'll be able to see what those were about. Check your email often - throughout the day - and respond to things from them as quickly as you can to help keep everything running as smoothly as possible.Don't go crazy buying stuff for the new house until AFTER you've closed and gotten everything connected, hooked up and paid for - the power, water, etc. Remember, things can fall through on you until after everything is signed at closing.

This was amazing. Easy. The truck is to TRUST your team. And the only way to do that is if you have a competant team. (Caveat) That team also has to communicate to your the feeling of competence and professionalism. And at the same time be human and laugh as well.
Me.being a ex military makes me a control freak micromanager and there are 3 ways to do things the right way the wrong way and my way. I had to let all the go. Gave the reigns to my team and said... Ride or die..they got me over the finish line with change !! . We not only had all the ducks in a row , we had some left for the grill💥🤣
