This is the third time I’ve used VU. Twice with home loans, and once with a refinance. Dustin and his team have been very knowledgeable and helpful through all three deals.
Think the only thing that was not dead on was expectations for written deliverables, every experience will be different but I had submitted something in written form several times until it was "accepted " by the underwriting etc, after a quick call to Lindsey the misunderstanding was taken care of with a verbal understanding of the situation and the expectations. Otherwise everything was pretty spot on A+
If you’re a Vet and looking for a new home give veterans United a call. Their staff is top notch. Definitely know the ends and outs of the house market. A big thank you to Mayra my real estate agent.

When I started looking for a mortgage team, I went with my previous loan provider, Freedom Mortgage. The loan officer did not seem to have a sense of urgency and was not readily available to reach out to to keep the process quick. I received a call to get started and everything went super fast and I was able to be in contact with Trish at any time without issue!
