Everything worked mediocre. In the beginning everything went well I was set up with realtors for selling and buying my home. There was a lot of communication and the website made it very clear on what I needed to do. I sold my house with no issues but when I was buying my new house that’s where all the issues starting coming up. The website kept losing documents that I uploaded so I would have to reupload them. And at closing for our new home, we found out that the lender failed to set up the appraisal on time. We were set to close on August 7th but on the the 4th that’s when we found out that it wasn’t going to happen. It’s extremely stressful when you have a family living in air bnbs with no idea when closing is actually happening shelling out more money that anticipated. Finally we were set to close on a certain date and that’s when we found out they still needed even more documentation from us. They waited until the day of to actually look over everything. I had to leave to back to work in VA leaving my wife to finalize everything. I was getting non stop texts and calls to verify information. Closing on the house turned into a four hour process. Finally after everything was done we found out that the money and down payment was sent to the banks too late for them to verify that they received it. My wife and our family had to get a room at a flea bag hotel to stay the night there with our pets making it even more stressful. They had to wait until the banks opened up in order to get the keys to the home concluding a very stressed out two weeks.

Very easy and helpful

The whole team was awesome at first I didn’t know what I was doing because this is our first purchased and I was doing it pretty much by myself while husband was on deployment . Jeffrey was awesome answered every question that I needed to know , the process was a rollercoaster but Jeffrey made sure I understood everything and reassured that he be there every step of the way . I will definitely recommend any of my friends to y’all .
