The loan and real estate team were great. I was, however, very disappointed with the Insurance team. After several failed attempts to make contact with them, they finally reached out on closing day...after I had already locked in home insurance with a different company. It was a very sharp contrast with how professional and responsive every other aspect of the company was.
Veterans United made our home purchase go very smoothly, the “to do” list on the website made it clear what we needed. The whole team made the whole experience a positive and not like I horror story I hear other people talk about when buying a home.
VU makes the daugnting burden of the home buying process easy! They guide you through the process. My loan officer was amazing and was quickly to respond to any questions or concerns throughout the process as if I were her only customer.
Overall they're very very good at what they do and, we were totally satisfied with each one of them. With that being said They ARE WONDERFUL!!!!

I have nothing to compre to as I am a first time homebuyer, but I did think buying a home was going to be a scary and intimidating experience. To be honest it probably could have been, but Brad, Landon, and Megan were very helpful. Though the paperwork process was indeed intimidating, they helped pull me through. They also coordinated well with my real estate agent, which was really helpful because as a truck driver I found myself in situations where I needed information but wasn’t in an optimal spot to make the queries myself. Thank you for all the help.
