I hade to jump through to many hopes to get all done just because the underwriter thought I was a dead bet dad. This is uneunacceptable and uncalled for.
Great experience all around. The only critique I would have was with the title company and the loan coordinator Josh. Sometimes information wasn’t passed on and led to last minute request at the end of a time line. However even with that, we were able to close on time so from Josh to Brian to briana I’m grateful for there hard work and would highly recommend veterans United to any of my brothers and sisters in arms looking for there new home
I never thought I could it this fast with less stress than I thought. I closed this week and all thanks to Veterans United don't sleep on this company they are AWESOME!!!

I had a very odd schedule, but they made things very easy for me so that I could get everything in and they could knock everything out for us to get our new home. Very thankful for the entire team and the gift that was sent was a thoughtful gesture that we did not expect at all, but made our next game night great:)

Veteran's United has an unbelievably intuitive digital system at their disposal. It made accessing and uploading the necessary documents simple and efficient. Even when I goofed up and sent the wrong thing or had a question, the VA team was very prompt to respond and were always kind and helpful. Not to mention they were able to offer a very competitive interest rate and kept closing costs to a reasonable level. In my experience, they aren't just good businesspeople, they're good people.
