Easy process. Online portal makes submitting documents a breeze. We had one hiccup towards the end but it was handle quickly and efficiently. No complaints. Will recommend.
I couldn't envision a more streamlined loan approval process for our first home loan. Kennedy provided a clear path through what could have been a confusing and overwhelming process from loan application to approval. Every step of the way was explained, and it seemed that nothing but good news came from Kennedy on behalf of VU: Rate buy-down, lending credits, even accommodation regarding signing and funding dates. Our loan officer Andrew is the best! Can't begin to describe how professional, helpful and understanding he was especially with us being first time home buyers. The team my wife and I worked with were amazing. Nick and his team helped every step of the way and were always there to answer our questions. Also, the realtor they set us up was great, Lanorris went above and beyond to find us a home and made us feel comfortable shopping for a house in a different state.
