Initially I was very excited about being a first time home buyer using my VA loan. The financial team assigned to me did a less than stellar job with preparing me for the ride. Example, I was told through my initial contract my rate would be 5.1% but somehow my closing rate was 5.675… due to my rate not being locked in (unbeknownst to me). Overall, the experience left me disappointed and discourage from using VU in the future or referring them to friends and family members. #nothappy

Honestly, this was the most unreal experience of purchasing a home, thanks to the Veterans United Team. We truly felt like everyone was truly working on our family's behalf in assisting us purchase a beautiful home in the location we desired.
