I never felt alone from the minute I called to getting pre approval to the day of closing I felt they all walked with me. I would do this all over again knowing what I know now. They are the ultimate team!
The only cause for concern, and it did not impact my overall assessment, was that I noticed a frequent double-tap for information. I uploaded several of the documents during my initial loan request, but was still asked to submit either via email or the portal prompting the requirement.
