I thought it was cool that our closing costs were negative, which meant we got money back on closing day. This was thanks to my real estate agent finding grant money for us to apply for and take advantage of. Glad to finally have our own home!

Stephanie Hoffman was absolutely amazing. She truly made this long process much less stressful for us. She always returned our messages and calls promptly with whatever information we needed.
