I don’t have one bad thing to say about this entire process, I’m extremely grateful I went through Veterans United to buy a house and will refer any and every veteran to go through them as well. How many wonderful things can I say about Ryan Chinnis in one post? He was responsive (i.e. He returned my initial email on a Sunday afternoon), knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and funny! As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions about the process, yet Ryan always took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. Also, all of my calls, texts, and emails were quickly returned. Ryan and his team made the stressful experience of buying a home feel very easy and I would recommend them and VU to any potential homebuyer. Deanna matched Ryan’s energy, professionalism, availability, and knowledge. The entire team seemed trustworthy and I had a great experience overall.
