Kyle was the person charged with helping us and wouldn't answer my calls. When he did he would try and make excuses as to why we went back to underwriting or why certain amounts were on the closing disclosure. He is either unedjucated in his current position or too scared to take his position serious and represent me and get answers from other departments. This isnt my first va loan and this was the worst experience i've ever had. My realestate agent and my self and atorney had came up with a perfect plan to remedy the plumbing and water damage repair costs and situation. But Kyle instead sent us back to underwriting for an escrow hold which underwriting ended up denying and later Kyle ended up passing us off to uper management who went with our original plan. This wasted costed us significant out of pocket cost that we werent prepaired for. As well as wasted everyones time. Closing was pushed back and costed us our payout at closing to significantly decrease and be applied to interest on a property i didn't even step foot into yet.

I’m really sorry to hear this VA loan experience was so difficult, especially since you’ve been through the process before and knew what to expect. I can understand how upsetting it must have been to face delays, confusion about underwriting decisions, and unexpected costs that caught you off guard. It sounds like you, your realtor, and your attorney put in a lot of effort to create a plan to handle the repair costs, and I regret that it wasn’t followed at first. I know that back-and-forth only added to the stress, pushed your closing back, and left you with added financial strain at a time when you should have been focused on settling into your new home. Closing on a home should feel like a positive milestone, not a burden, and I’m sorry that wasn’t your experience here. My wife and I was and still is impressed with the customer service and help in buying our first home using Veterans United services. The care and respect given to veterans is platinum. They seem to care for the whole veteran and not just a number. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and if I had a question it was not a bother them if I called several times a day or throughout the week. And I fill that we had the best team Veteran United has. Awesome is defined as extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration, apprehension, or fear. It also should include Jimmy Stranz, Ashley Stratman and Corey Sublett. They made our first time home buying experience seamless. WHAT A TEAM!!!!! Thanks From The Williams Family

Veterans United will be the anchor - the rock - that maintains your excitement in buying a home. Home buying, to me, was an experience that could have been ripped from the script of Dante's Inferno, somewhere near Limbo. There was so much uncertainty, but Veterans United personnel, like Chad, Ryan, and others which were equally helpful, assured me that the train was on the tracks, and headed in the right direction. Heaping praise on them is nice, but what is truly important is to know that they are highly trained, and very good at their jobs! Trusting them is all that I needed to do in order for the weight of the experience to be lifted from my shoulders, and for joy to be the dominate force.When Veterans United pairs you with a professional, that person is there to serve veterans like like you, me, and in at least one case, their selves. I am currently moving in to my new home, thanks to Veterans United and their team. A special thank you to my realtor, Ceci Bonneckson as well.
